San Francisco

Well we are back...we slept in...unpacked...and are ready to share our adventure. We left for San Francisco Thursday afternoon and returned Sunday evening. It was a quick trip and we got the most out of the couple of days we were there. Ella was a trooper: she kept up, stayed up, and made a few friends along the way.

Ella ready and excited to see her Dad's City (Benji taught in San Francisco for two years).
Taking the cable car to the Wharf. On the way there some people blocked Ella's view and she got a little crabby, but on the way back she loved every minute of the ride.

Ella and Benji leaving the boat Benji once stayed the night on with some fifth graders.

Ella catching a nap at Ghirardelli square after we enjoyed a very yummy sundae. We being Benji and I, poor Ella always having to miss out.

After begging the cable car driver to take our picture....here is the only picture of the three of us.

Ella taking another nap on the go.

Happy Birthday Dad! We celebrated Benji's 30th Birthday on Saturday. We spent the day at Golden Gate Park, driving around seeing the five schools Benji taught at (yes, five schools in one week) and eating at two of his favorite restaurants. It was a great day!

A lot to look at at the California Academy of Science.

Ella loved hanging out at our hotel in Union Square. What a fun trip! I already have a list of things I want to do next time we are there.
