It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!

I say this every year but, ...I love December!  I love everything that leads up to the big day: Santa visits, decorating, traditions, baking, gift buying, driving around looking at lights,... I could go on for a while. It's a very busy time but wonderful time.  The magic and awe of this seasons was alive in our house, Ella and Cooper at at such fun ages!

Our elf Oodle returned at the first of the month.  We have been so lucky to have a very nice, well behaved elf to watch over us. ;) He even brought christmas pajamas for the kids, Ella was very excited that she and Addie's matched.

Ella and Cooper wrote letters to Santa and sent them off to the North Pole via a mailbox in downtown Meridian.  Santa was kind enough to write back a week later with very sweet letters for each of them.

Cooper got a chance to pet a reindeer at our neighborhood Christmas event.

This girl makes us laugh! We enjoy her and take every moment in, she is growing fast! This month she is talking a lot, the baby babble is my favorite! She LOVES to eat, her favorite food is Cheerios.  She is a grumpy teether, but I would be too! She loves to be held as long as your are standing and moving...don't sit down! She is busy, busy, busy until she stops and falls asleep.
The best times are when we are just hanging out spending time with each other.

Taking selfies and finding selfies on my phone.

Addison loved this guy and often got upset with him that he was on her sled.
One Friday Addison fell on a shelf at school and gave herself a big, ugly bruise.  They sent me a picture of her right after she did it and it looked horrible. My principal (love her) insisted I leave right away and go get her.  This picture was take a few hours later, she was fine and the two of us got a lot of christmas wrapping done.
Ella and Benji had a little date at the start of Christmas break, going to a girls basketball game.  She was spoiled and loved every minute of it!
