Fun-uary

Here is the randoms of February.  Looking back on the month I have to say it was a little relaxing.  We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family on the weekends and enjoying being home.

We try to avoid Costco, only because we can't get out of there for less than a small fortune, but these three have been fairly delightful shopping buddies lately .
Benji and David, neighbor and friend down the street, took the big kids to a movie while the moms took the littles shopping.  It was a win-win for everyone.
Grandpa and Grandma got a new truck and these two had to check EVERYTHING out.
Lots and lots of playing in the neighborhood.  I just love a driveway full of kids playing together!
The highlight of February may have been snagging naps with these two.  There is nothing better than having one of them falling asleep in your arms! I think of these times as "stolen" moments, ones that were completely unplanned. You never know when the next one will be, and you are totally aware and thankful for the passing moment.

Last summer, we hung this white board in the garage for the kids to use.  Ella has been leaving us messages for us to read.  I have to say, it warms my heart every time I find one.
Hunter had a book fair that both Ella and Cooper could not wait for.  Ella has been talking about buying an elephant poster for months with her own money. She finally got her poster along with a book or two. Her favorite animal now hangs in a special spot in her room.
