Universal Studios

Day One: Another hot day, another amusement park! This was on the list of must do's because Ella and Cooper just read the first Harry Potter Book and they are into it!

Both Addie and I may have been over it before we even entered the park.  We were good sports and carried on and no one even noticed our pain and discomfort.

After a few quick stops we found England

And then we ducked into an ally and found Diagon Alley

Our first stop was to buy wands (along with a million other people)

I wish I had better pictures, the amount of people in this store was unreal and it really was cool looking.

These two were very excited to do some magic! It was fun to see their faces light up as they made something move, float, turn on, or rain.  It made the whole day worth it!

Part Two

We were back for another day to do a few things we missed the first time.
The kids and I hung out in Suessville while Benji road some big rides.  We had fun and nobody was doing what we were doing, which always makes it better.
The kids made me go on this ride that sprayed water on you.  It was Ella's soul mission to get me very wet!

It is impossible to get all three hot, tired kids looking at the camera at the same time!
At some point Benji came and grabbed Ella and Cooper to go to Hogwarts for a few rides and Addie and I tried to stay cool.  This time both Addie and I had a hard time hiding our discomfort and lack of amusement.
We finally said good bye to the park early afternoon and went back to just hangout by the pool.
