Cooper's teacher, Mrs. Parker, does an end of the year celebration at her house for her students and their families. It is amazing and fantastic, just like her!
These pieces of writing were hung on the fence for us to read. I was excitied to see Cooper do this because it is one of my favorites to do with students.
The first graders work for tickets throughout the year to use during this party. They can buy prizes, cotten candy, snow cones, and play games with their tickets.
She does the cutest celebration with each student. They all sing a chant (Turn around, touch the ground, look at me, I am a second grader now!) and she pops a balloon over their head full of confetti. Such a great end to the school year!
Look at this cute class!
Addie even got a turn at the end of the evening.
