In June we continued to get outside and move. We started to run at Ella's new school so she could get a feel for cross country in the fall.
We continue to make all of our meals at home and when baking is happening everyone loves to help.
We decided to give growing grapes a try. Fingers crossed!
Ella and Cooper had an outside/social distance celebration at school. Ella and her classmates got to run through an arch while everyone cheered to celebrate moving on to 6th grade. This was a much-needed closure to elementary school. These two had dance right before.
Ella had a ballet recital outside where everyone could watch all spread out on the grass.
Addie got to wave goodbye to all (well just a few who were at school) of her preschool friends. This one was a hard one! No graduation, celebrations, or last day. She went home one Friday in March and just never went back. She has been with some of these friends since she was 4 months old. She tells us daily that she misses preschool and her friends. It breaks our hearts!
Ella had a few friends over for an outside get together.
I just found this pic.
The world is just weird right now!
We have spent a lot of time in our backyard.
This is the correct way to sit while playing the piano...right?
She loves to play office.
We tried one morning to get out and do something.
It was fun, but by noon everyone else had the same idea.
I have no idea, but it made me laugh.
Addie came in all excited, "Mom, Chloe did my makeup. She knows how!"
Addie does not get to have her ballet recital this year, but we did get to pick up her outfit.
