August - Holding On To Summer Fun

I love it when cousins hang out! The pandemic kept us away from some family, but we sure did treasure the family time we did get.

Ella had a loose tooth and waited until she was at Uncle Marshall's and Aunt Tabatha's house to pull it out, she thinks their tooth fairy pays better.
August was spent with a lot of time hanging out at home.  I love the goofiness having nothing to do brings.
We continued our bike rides and walks.
Another birthday came and went. Ella and her friend, Millie, surprised me with this beautiful cake they made all by themselves.  Ella did not get glasses, these are blue light blocking glasses for computer use, she just loves wearing them. If fact, I took her to get her eyes checked and she has perfect vision.

I LOVE when these three decide to have fun together! I can't remember what they were dancing to, but I loved every minute of it!

Benji did this! He fell off his mountain bike and we were just thankful nothing was broken.
He is doing PT, and all should be better over time.
We snuck in as much pool time as we could before we were back into the school routine.

Cooper decided to cut his hair shorter.

We had an outdoor movie with some neighbor friends.
These two BFF's got matching dresses and were so excited about wearing them on the same day. And, like always, they love getting their picture taken.

We finally had to get out and get some fresh air.  We had a summer free pass at Bogus and decide to use it.  It was fun to get out and explore, smile, and laugh.

Addie continued to be my garden helper.  I hope she does not grow out of this!!!
I went back to work, started with working virtually from home, and just going in when I had to.
Ella started cross country.  She had practice four times a week in August.
TROUBLE!
We decided to redo Cooper's room so he would be ready to do his online schooling in his room. He wanted a bigger bed like his sisters have and a desk.   We started by taking everything out of his room.
