October

Early in the month, we took a trip to the pumpkin patch.  We went early hoping it would not be too crowded and it felt like it was a success.  It was nice to get out and do something somewhat "normal."

We got a round of family flu shots.  We really know how to have a good time on a Sunday afternoon!
Millie tolerated Addie enough to let her cuddle, which was BIG.

I snuggled this six-year-old as much as I could before she turned seven. This birthday was hard for me...I know, I say this for all of them.  But I just love six!!! And she is the LAST six-year-old!
Addie wanted us to tell her about the day she was born before she went to sleep and woke up a
seven-year-old.
                                                                Waking up seven!
Saying goodbye in the morning before everyone goes off in their separate directions.  I am the first to leave the house and goodbyes have been really hard this year.

The girls got to go shopping on a day off from school while Cooper was busy hanging out with a friend.

Addie and Cooper went to Trunk or Treat at school one Friday night and Ella and Benji went to see Cats.

We got to hang out with some dear friends and Cooper got his Bo fix.
We walked up and down Harrison Boulevard to checkout the Halloween decorations.
We also tried to make haunted houses.

We carved pumpkins!

Halloween finally came!
This year we had a Taekwondo student, a broken doll, and a butterfly.

The night was a success!
Addie and I ended the night a little early to give out some candy at home.
Ella and Cooper kept at it a little longer.
