So, I woke early this morning to go on a walk with my neighbor Brooke. The house was quiet, I was tip-toeing around, trying to escape before anyone woke. I came down the stairs, looked out the front window and I saw a lot of white...white? Unless it snowed last night (low was 63), I should not being seeing white! Well, back up stairs to wake Benji - I had to be around when he laid eyes on this.
Who leaves presents when they TP someones house? Well we did not have just any run of the mill delinquents TP our house. We had very smart choir kids TP our house...and they did a very good job!
Too good!
The best part is that we are the very first house in our loop, so everyone sees our house, and at seven in the morning everyone is stopping and asking about our new lawn decorations.
At about 9:00 we headed out to clean it up. Ella was very excited to help....that did not last long.
They had it all weaved in and out of the tree, so it did not just pull right out. Smart kids, with too much time on their hands.
One hour later and it is cleaned up...well all but two pieces that we can NOT reach and remove.
And here is the guilty party.
