Life as a family of five

We spent much of November hanging out at home and settling into a live of five.
Addison LOVES bath time.

Cooper is still struggling with nap/ no nap days. If he takes a nap he is up past 9:00, if we decide to skip nap time he is apt to fall asleep right about dinner time.

Addison also LOVES to be held and sleep on your chest.  In fact if she had it her way you would NEVER put her down...ever! Which is just the way a baby should have it! I am trying to be very mindful of this time and enjoy having a baby in the house because I now know just how fast time will fly. This being the last baby, I want to cherish all the sweet moments.
I am constantly thankful of how these two enjoy each others company.  They are such great buddies (most of the time) and are doing a wonderful job entertaining themselves when mom  and dad are busy holding and bouncing Addison.  On this day I caught them sneaking the iPad up to Ella's room so they could watch a little PBS kids. No wonder it got so quiet in the house.

Desperate to find something Addison liked besides our arms, I bought this swing at the second hand store.  At first she would give you one minute (not exaggerating) of free time, but as time goes by she is learning to tolerate it.

One of my co workers, Amanda,  gave Addison this adorable/hilarious crown.
I was busy doing something and went to check on Ella and Cooper and found this.  Ella spent quiet awhile this day reading to Cooper. This melts my little reading teacher heart!

We spent Thanksgiving with my parents and had a great day.  Ella and Grandma made bird feeders out of pinecones for the birds.  Ella was so excited about this project and was so proud of the finished product.
In between cooking and Grandma's holiday projects we all took turns holding Addie.
