Must be Santa

We love to take the kids to Edward's Nursery to see Santa.  I was all excited that this year I was ahead of my normal Christmas self and we were dressed and ready to see the jolly old man the Sunday after Thanksgiving.  What I did not know is that Edwards has a big (busy) Christmas open house every year on that Sunday.  Crazy and never doing this again! The line to see Santa was over an hour long and the poor man was melting in the rather warm greenhouse.  My old self would have taken one look and said lets come back next weekend but this year I did not have the energy to get three kids all dressed up and out the door again. We toughed it out, waited in line and got a few great pictures.  This also meant I got our Christmas card done early (but not sent off :( ) and santa pictures went on the tree in record time.  Oh, the little pleasures in life.
