Day Three- Juneau

Addie trying to get as much of a nap in as she could before we got off the boat in Juneau.
I thought it was so fun every time we came into a port to see the town from the water's point of view!

We got off the ship and headed up the side of Mount Roberts in a tram.  The tram car goes up 1,800 feet over the rain forest of Alaska.

While on top of Mount Roberts we visited the gift shop, nature center (another gift shop in disguise),  and went on a hike to see gorgeous views and totem polls.
This is Addie and me leaving the "nature center" (the first one gift shop) with a stuffed animal. I was worked over quickly.

After the tram we walked though town and ventured back to the boat.

After dinner, Benji got back off the boat to see his college roommate, John. He hadn't seen him in 20 years. He and his two sons took him on a tour of Juneau and showed him the Mendenhall Glacier (pictured above).
