All five of us working and learning all at the same time was interesting, challenging, hectic, and at times rewarding or pull your hair out frustrating. I love being at home, umm I have a sign in the living room that says," Let's Stay Home," but it was hard work, teaching, and parenting all from home!
I enjoy going to work and doing my thing there and coming home to be a mom. But all of a sudden life all mixed together and we had to be everything all at once. At times it was a multi-tasking nightmare!
Oh, and all the sitting! We have never sat so much, our bodies ached! We took breaks twice a day for walks, bike rides, games, or just fresh air but it was never enough.
The kid's teachers left such sweet messages when we would go and pick up packets every Monday morning.
There were also fun times!
This one was a trooper. Preschool is not meant to be by yourself or independent!
They did some learning together. Our favorite author, Mo Willams, did a lunchtime doodle. He shared all about how he wrote his books and how to draw his characters. It was so cool!
Addie doing her PE, ice skating around the house on paper plates.
Everyone had meetings! This is Cooper in his class meeting.
I am sure he will look back at all of this and think it was fun! Right?
All of us watching the Imovie Cooper made on Cheetahs.
More sweet messages at packet pickup.
You just never knew who was going to have a good day and who was going to have a difficult day!
Me, just walking around with my computer, in my pajamas, working, and keeping kids on task.
Ella had to grow a plant for science.
Ella and Cooper were so good working with Addie!
Hat Day
Crazy Dress Day!
Sometimes it was hard to find a quiet place to work!
Ella got her speed jump medal, we are so proud of her and her hard work!
Addie listened to a lot of audible books.
It is safe to say these packets became a big part of our lives and we will not miss them!
