May

These two have been into playing chess. 

May can be busy, tiring, and hard!

It can also snow in May which means our backyard will never start! 

Still celebrating Cooper's birthday.  

The cold, wet, windy soccer season came to an end.  

Art night happened for Addie and Cooper

Ella and Addie had their much anticipated ballet recital.  Ella was very relieved the doctor cleared her to dance as we scheduled her surgery in June.  

It started! 

Addie had her end of the school year, first grade graduation party at her teachers house.  

Mrs. Parker has now had them all as first graders. We are very grateful for her! 

Benji was able to make it to Cooper's Egg drop at school.  He had to come up with an idea, make it and have it ready for some firefighters to drop it off of the school's roof.  

His worked! A bubble wrap pouch and a parachute.  

Coming along.... and then it rained and rained some more.  The kids loved acting like they were driving this machine. They even found the keys!

Benji tirelessly pumped the water out to try and speed things up but Mother Nature fought against him.
